Updated Adwords Features for Location
Google Adwords has just recently added additional functionality to the location settings so that there’s a greater amount of control over who sees the sponsored ads.
Now, advertisers can distinguish between people who are searching in a specific location, like Manchester, and people who are searching elsewhere for a place in Manchester.
The two new settings are called the ‘ Targeting Method’ and the ‘Exclusion Method’, and they look like this:
