The Co-operative Film Festival

The Co-operative Film Festival, an annual filmmaking competition for teenagers and young people, asked Social Magnet to devise and manage social media activity for the organisation’s 45th year. The campaign, which was launched across Twitter and Facebook, was designed to spread awareness of the competition with the target market, as well as encouraging entries into the festival. Since its launch in February 2011, Social Magnet has achieved the following results:

  • Just under 200 Twitter followers
  • Over 100 mentions and direct messages on Twitter per month
  • Over 100 Facebook fans
  • Over 1,000 Facebook page views
